Highly effective anti-odor filter that also allows for the filtration of allergens and smog with a metal frame for fine filtration in mechanical ventilation, recuperation and air conditioning units. The construction of the filter is a cartridge made of synthetic polypropylene fibers soaked with a layer of activated carbon, finely pleated in the minipleat technology. The pleats are separated by hot melt separators that allow the formation of stiffly structured planks. The filter pack is tightly glued to the galvanized steel housing. A fine accordion allows the maximum use of the frame volume by obtaining the largest filtration surface, ensuring maximum filter operation. Filter fabric made of synthetic polypropylene fibers containing an activated carbon layer with increasing density at the air outlet side of the filter provides very low resistance during the entire period of filling the filter with impurities and during the absorption of unwanted unpleasant odors.
