The antiallergic filter with a cardboard frame is equipped with an additional sealing on the air outlet side made of the filtering material and a handle that facilitates removing the filter from the mounting pocket of the ventilation unit. Designed for fine filtration in mechanical ventilation, recuperation and air conditioning units. The structure of the filter is made of glass microfibers, finely pleated in minipleat technology, separated by hot melt separators that allow for the formation of rigid plithes. The filter pack is then glued tightly to the cardboard housing. A fine accordion allows the maximum use of the frame volume by obtaining the largest possible filtration area, ensuring the longest operation of the filter. The enlargement of the filtering surface capable of storing contaminants in filters with an enlarged surface compared to standard filters allows to reduce the flow resistance or increase the air flow through the filter due to the enlarged filtering surface and thus the capacity of the filter having identical external dimensions. Then, a 4 mm thick gasket is applied on the side edge (filter dimensions plus gasket), which allows the filter to adhere perfectly to the assembly cassette. This results in the lack of penetration, otherwise the occurrence of air blows at the contact of the filter with the guides. A filter with a gasket guarantees better protection of the exchanger and ventilation ducts as well as the improvement of the operation of the mechanical ventilation system of the house, office, apartment, company and industrial buildings, always maintaining the highest quality of air inside the building. This form of filter structure and the arrangement of the filter element with increased durability allows for more effective use of the frame volume by obtaining a larger filter area, ensuring longer product operation. Glass microfiber filter paper with increasing density at the air outlet side of the filter provides very low resistance during the entire period of filling the filter with impurities. In addition, thanks to the handle used, the filter is easy to remove, which improves the comfort of use when replacing the air filtering accessories with new ones. The antiallergic cassette filter, finely pleated, in filtration packets in the F7 filtration class, with the ePM1 particle filtering efficiency of 60% in the dimensions of 180x390x20 mm, enables the capture of 60% of very fine particles from the air drawn into the recuperator, i.e. larger bacteria, accumulated soot, cement dust and other impurities less than 2.5 μm (micrometers). We include it among the fine filters. Thus, this filter allows for precise air filtration in the system of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, called recuperation. Increased filter surface area in the filter translates into longer operation of the air filtering element and less frequent replacement of the air filter. Which guarantees the extended durability of the elements responsible for filtering the air supplied to or removed from the ventilation system. Such a filter design generates low operating costs of the ventilation unit related to the replacement of consumable parts as well as the reduction of electricity consumption, which is the main cost of using the mechanical ventilation system.
