Filter foam for filtering water and air with a density of 10 channels per inch. Also called PU PPI 10 filter mat, it is obtained by thermal reduction with 97% of the pores open. Provides high air and gas flow. The features of the polyurethane filter mat are high thermal, moisture and tensile resistance. It is also very flexible, which makes it easy to adjust the mat to various shapes. The filter foam can be washed, which allows for its multiple use. Appropriate arrangement of the channels in the filter sheet allows for the free flow of liquids, gases or oils while maintaining a high dirt-holding capacity by mechanically retaining sediments in the walls of the twisted channels. High dust retention capacity allows the use of a sponge-like filter foam as a filter cartridge for filters. The filter sponge is widely used in many household appliances as well as industrial machines as an air, water or oil filter. Examples of devices in which the filter is a filter mat are: a vacuum cleaner, a kitchen hood, an aquarium and many other household appliances.
